    Tim, this matter is a total abuse of the legals system. The fake Sheikh has consistently wrecked other peoples lives on behalf of the Evil One. Why should he destroy other lives and then hide behind anonymity.I will this evening link to this thread. Bloggers must stick together against this insidious threat to freedom

    I believe that the copyright of a photograph belongs to the photographer, not the subject. Unless it was taken on News International property, I don't see how they can object.
