Chunky bits:

BBC – Blair defiant over Iraq decision

Chicken Yoghurt – Paxman vs Blair: Bore Draw

Marrowbone jelly:

I had to wait until I got my hands on a full transcript before I blogged this funny thing I noticed…

At the head of the interview, Blair insisted that; “I don’t run a sofa style of government.”

But at the tail of the interview, Blair assured Paxman that he was standing for a full term and that he knew Brown was on board, because he and Gordon had discussed it that morning… “as we sat on the sofa together.”

No, he wasn’t joking.

Yes, but he was referring to the GMTV sofa, not the Downing St one.
Ah, I see. Not sure if that sofa counts. What about a couch? Say, a couch in Texas?
Maybe they'll change the slogan to 'Labour: Sofa, So Good'.Sorry.
It's amazing what you find down the back of the sofa (Geoff "Invisible" Hoon and the AWOL Alan "Soon spending even more time with my family" Milburn for a start).
A big comfy sofa sipping coffee...politics is turning into 'Friends'.
Don't go there....
Remember 'The one where we invaded Iraq', where Rachel totally ignored that legal advice that Ross gave her? Hilarious...
