I had to wait until I got my hands on a full transcript before I blogged this funny thing I noticed…
At the head of the interview, Blair insisted that; “I don’t run a sofa style of government.”
But at the tail of the interview, Blair assured Paxman that he was standing for a full term and that he knew Brown was on board, because he and Gordon had discussed it that morning… “as we sat on the sofa together.”
No, he wasn’t joking.

Ah, I see. Not sure if that sofa counts. What about a couch? Say, a couch in Texas?

It’s amazing what you find down the back of the sofa (Geoff “Invisible” Hoon and the AWOL Alan “Soon spending even more time with my family” Milburn for a start).

Remember ‘The one where we invaded Iraq’, where Rachel totally ignored that legal advice that Ross gave her? Hilarious…
